Known for his extraordinarily detailed, photorealistic paintings created with gouache on clay panels using a unique scratchboard-like technique, Wilson transforms familiar subjects into works of extraordinary depth and precision. His artistic exploration extends beyond this distinctive process to include traditional oil painting, wood engraving, and highly collected painted rock series, offering collectors a fascinating look at the breadth of his talent.
