FEATHER BED- Wood Engraving: Bird Nest with Feather Limited Edition Print

Of the numerous items nature provides for our study, the bird nest is a prime example. It embodies shelter, architectural principles and creative design all in one. Here, in this tiny image, these qualities are displayed along with a remnant of it’s maker.
This engraving was selected for tour during the 2023 ‘BIRDS IN ART’ exhibition at the Leigh Yawkey Woodson Art Museum in Wisconsin. It’s image measures 4” X 2 3/4” on an 8” X 8” sheet of off white rag paper and printed by me in archival black ink.
