If you would like to make a purchase from our current inventory, please call, email, or fax the gallery and contact one of our friendly Art Consultants. We’ll answer your questions and provide all the information you need to acquire the work you desire.

Commissions and Special Orders
Our staff is skilled at facilitating special orders. Many of the artists we represent are happy to work with patrons to create a special painting, sculpture, or piece of jewelry. We act as the go-between, helping both the client and artist communicate their vision and desires clearly. Please note commissioned work may take several months to complete.

Payment
KNG all forms of payment, including major credit cards, checks, and cash. Commissions and special orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit with the remainder due upon receipt of the piece.

Layaway
K Newby Gallery offers an interest free layaway plan for the purchase of any currently available gallery item. We request 25% down at the time of purchase and ask the full amount be paid in full within 6 months.

Shipping
Shipping charges vary per item and we customize the method of delivering your art purchase depending on its medium, size and destination. We use a variety of carriers including USPS, Federal Express, UPS and specialized fine art delivery firms that are highly experienced in safely transporting valuable works. We fully insure your purchase and you are not liable for the work until it is safely in your possession. Please note that we reserve the right to delay shipping until personal checks clear.

Return Policy
Commissions, special orders will be treated as final sales and may not be returned. Returns are accepted for gallery credit only unless defective, and must be made within 10 days of delivery at Purchaser’s destination.

Returns for Artwork Purchased from Website or On Approval
If you can’t visit us in Tubac and view the work in person, we want you to feel completely comfortable ordering from our website. For that reason, we offer a no-questions-asked return policy for items purchased online.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to the gallery within 10 days of the date the work is received at your shipping address for a full refund of the purchase price. You pay only the shipping TO and FROM your destination. We’ll issue the refund once the piece is received in good condition. Please note other terms apply to artwork purchased in person in our gallery.
